This policy explains what personal information Flowers Love collects when you use this website or contact us to order flowers, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the messages you send us through WhatsApp or Instagram about an order.

1. Who we are

Flowers Love is a florist serving Orlando and Kissimmee, Florida, USA. We are the business responsible for the information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Order requests. Your name, the bouquet or arrangement you want, the occasion, the date you need it, whether you want delivery or pickup, and anything you add in the details box, such as colors, add-ons or a card message.
• Delivery details. If you want delivery, a delivery address, and a recipient's name or phone number if you choose to send them.
• Messages. When you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we see your phone number or account name, your profile name and photo if you have set them, and everything you write or send.
• Payment records. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo and similar methods. We do not collect card numbers through this website. If you pay through a payment app, that app handles the payment under its own terms, and we keep a record of the payment (for example amount, date and payer name) for our accounts.

Information collected automatically

This website does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or cookies, and it does not load fonts, scripts or images from other companies' servers. Like any website, our hosting provider (currently Netlify) receives the technical information needed to deliver the pages and keep the site secure, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and may keep it in server logs. We do not use that information to identify you or build a profile of you.

3. How the order form works

The order form on this website does not send your information to us or to a database. When you press the button, your browser builds a message from what you typed and opens WhatsApp with that message ready to send. Nothing reaches us until you press Send in WhatsApp. Once you send it, the message is handled by WhatsApp (a Meta service) under its own terms and privacy policy, and we receive it as an ordinary chat message.

The form asks for the minimum we need to prepare a quote. Only your name is required; everything else is optional or a menu choice. We do not ask for a phone number in the form, because WhatsApp shows us the number you message from.

4. How we use information

• To reply to you, quote a price and confirm details with you.
• To make, deliver or hand over your order, and to contact you about it.
• To take payment, issue refunds and keep accounting and tax records.
• To handle questions, problems and complaints, and to keep a record in case of a dispute.
• To protect our business and customers from fraud and misuse, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not send promotional messages unless you ask us to, and we will not add you to a broadcast list without your permission. If you ask us to stop messaging you, we will.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the business:

• WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta). When you contact us through them, Meta processes the messages under its own policies.
• Payment apps and banks. If you pay by Zelle, Venmo or another service, that service processes the payment.
• Hosting provider. Netlify hosts this website.
• People who help us deliver. If someone other than us delivers your order, we share only what they need to complete the delivery, such as the address and a contact number.
• Professional advisers and authorities. Accountants, tax authorities, law enforcement or courts, when we are required to or when needed to protect our rights.
• A buyer of the business. If the business is sold or transferred, customer records may transfer with it.

6. Information about other people

When you order for someone else, you may give us their name, address or phone number. Please share only what is needed to deliver the order. By including their details, you confirm you have permission to share them with us.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order messages and records for as long as we need them to fulfill and support your order, handle any dispute, and meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations. After that we delete them or remove identifying details. This website itself stores nothing about you.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you. Send the request through any of the contact details above and tell us which chat or order it concerns, so we can find it. We may need to confirm that you are the person the information is about. We may keep information we are required to keep by law, such as tax records.

Deleting a chat on our side does not delete it from your own device or from the servers of WhatsApp or Instagram. To do that, use the settings in those apps.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including keeping this website free of third-party trackers and serving it over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers in a message.

10. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. California residents and Do Not Track

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This website does not track visitors across other websites or services, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. This website is intended for customers in the United States.

12. Links to other services

This website links to WhatsApp and Instagram. Those services are run by other companies and have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If we ever add analytics, advertising or anything else that collects visitor data, we will update this policy and our Cookie Policy first.
